We are all well aware of the new challenges that coronavirus has created not just in the UK but on a global scale.

Every single sector is feeling the ever-changing strain – with many working around the clock to keep critical supply chains open – like our customers and colleagues working in transport and logistics.

At MAN Truck & Bus UK, we’re working alongside you to ensure that the companies who rely on our trucks, vans and coaches to transport essential goods, services and workers are able to operate as normally as possible.

In some situations this means unavoidable face-to-face contact, in these instances we are making sure this is done safely and to all Government guidelines in terms of social distancing, ensuring the use of protective equipment and a comprehensive approach to equipment sterilisation. All staff in our 68 service centres are doing a fantastic job of conforming to these high standards. We have also made sure that we have an increased stock of spare parts available and our Mobile24 vehicle recovery service is still ready to support any operator on the road.

In the coming weeks and months, we’ll keep you updated regularly on our social media channels to let you know the measures we are taking, as well as advice on how you can stay operational and, most importantly, stay safe.

To all of our customers, our staff who are working on the front lines, to our employees keeping MAN operational from home, I want to offer my personal thanks for your dedication and commitment in the face of this unprecedented crisis. You have all shown that as long as you keep your operations running – we’ll be a partner you can rely on to get the job done.
